So everytime I have a shower and run my hands through my hair while putting on conditioner/shampoo, I always get hair in my hands (like 6-10strands) And when I brush I can feel some hair pulling out .
My hair is naturally thin so its kind of worrying.
Is this anything I should be worried about? And how can I make my hair not fall out and thicker?!Minor hair loss with thin hair?
anyway as we know hair loss can be caused by many different reasons! Find out the actual cause of hair loss! There are many causes of loss of hair such as stress, poor nutrition ,medications, thyroid dysfunctions, illness, fungal infections ,hormonal problems, to mention a few.
year ago I suffered very much from hair loss too and I started trying everything you can imagine to stop my hair loss.
the things that really worked for me was:
1) Vitamin A - an anti-oxidant which promotes healthy production of sebum in the scalp;
2) Vitamin E stimulates circulation. Good blood circulation in the scalp is important in keeping hair follicles productive. The 'B' vitamins contribute to melanin, which gives hair its healthy color and also stimulates blood circulation;
3) massage is also beneficial. Massage stimulates circulation. As already noted, good circulation in the scalp keeps hair follicles active. Experts suggest a few minutes of daily head massage by hand. Circulation through massage may be improved by using a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base with massage;
4) Try rubbing your scalp with garlic juice, Onion Juice or Ginger Juice(you can either of one out of three, Do not mix any of two or three);
5) also I used herbal treatment - TrichoZed
It is a good product that helps prevent hair loss and it is an FDA approved product. I think it is very important!
It worked and still works for me!
I do not know if any pharmacies carry TrichoZed but I do know that you should purchase it directly from the manufacturer and read more about the product here http://www.trichozed.info/why.php
It enhances hair growth by blocking DHT (Dihydrotestostrone) - a major cause of hair loss!
good luck!
not only my and my husband`s own personal experience

Not to scare you, but if it's consistent and it doesn't stop, also consider seeing your doctor to get your thyroid levels checked out.... I had gorgeous thick hair and now have really thin hair due to low thyroid levels. Just something to consider. You can look up Hypothyroidism to see if you may have any other symptoms... :)
Hi spunk ,
You could try Provillus - worked well for me + it's FDA approved.
I have been using it for about 3 months now and I am definetly seeing results.
As far as i remember they do have a money back guarantee.. so in case it doesn't help , you'll get your money back.

The majority of people all across the world suffer from hair loss or receding hairlines. There are many reasons as to why hair loss occurs but one of the main causes of hair thinning is due to a lack of vitamin intake. Most people have a diet that lacks the proper nutrients and vitamins necessary for what our body demands. Most people think they are losing their hair due to genetic predisposition but in reality many cases are related to a lack of vitamin A, vitamin B, and vitamin E.
The good news is that you can stop hair loss and reverse recession by simply consuming the right foods and/or you can take a daily vitamin. Let's take a further look at these three vitamins:
Vitamin A. It is very important for providing the moisture necessary for the demands of the scalp. Research shows that one of the great causes of hair thinning is a lack of moisture in the scalp and Thus a proper balance of vitamin A in the diet can improve this area.
Vitamin B. Many people have heard of biotin and by now and are familiar with its positive effect on keeping hair firmly planted on the scalp. Vitamin B contains Biotin.
Vitamin E. This is another vitamin that is extremely important in the maintenance of healthy hair follicles. Vitamin E helps in increasing the circulation of blood.
There are many other minerals and vitamins that are necessary in providing homeostasis or balance in the body. It is recommended that you eat a healthy, well balanced diet on a regular basis but like most of us we often need to take a supplement to ensure that we get the vitamins and minerals that we need on a daily basis.
As stated, one of the great causes of hair thinning is due to a lack of proper vitamin intake. However, there are many other reasons why you are losing your hair. If you would like to find out more information on how to stop losing your hair you can do so by checking out the resource below.
