About Hair Loss after Pregnancy?

I read over and over again about losing hair that we don't shed during pregnancy. I can't find out how soon or how long after we will notice it. Has anyone noticed it being a couple years after the baby when it starts to shed or is it right away? I had three pregnancies and never seen a hair fall but the past year I started shedding. Does everyone shed that hair at some point, I normally never seen a hair come out. I have long curly hair and I am losing alot now. About Hair Loss after Pregnancy?
Some girls shed hair immediately after pregnancy due to low Hb count.Everyone sheds hair at some point or other, some girls during rainy season.Curly hair are more prone to breaking. The following tips may help you to maintain your hair and prevent hair loss.

Hair is made of a protein called keratin -- one of the toughest tissue in the body -- so diets deficient in protein can result in fine hair that's prone to breaking. Most of us eat enough protein but some fatty and extreme diets may be low in this nutrient.Meanwhile, hair loss may indicate anemia,a condition caused by a lack of iron but may also be because of deficiency of a vitamin called biotin.

To boost iron eat lean red meat,oil-rich fish, bread, green leafy vegetables, peas, lentils, beans, dried fruit, eggs and fortified breakfast cereals. To up your intake of biotin, eat more pulses, nuts, whole grains, eggs and low fat dairy products. If you want to loose weight, avoid fatty diets and insted opt for a reduced calorie, balanced diet that includes protein rich foods like meat, fish, eggs and low fat dairy products.
