im 23, n losing a lot of hair. I have thin hair and it is noticeable that i am losing hair. How can I control the loss? Should i stop the use of gel? I use it occasionally. Thank u all.I have thin hair and exprencing a lot of hair loss, how can I control?
Men produce testosterone and that is why they go bald,as you see some men have more hair loss then others but it is all due to testosterone. Testosterone is a hormone associated with balding and thinning hair. You could see a naturalist, herbalist and see about possible hormone therapy. Those hair loss kits they sell at the drug store do work, but they cost alot, and as soon as you stop using them the hair falls out again. There is a product called Nioxin,my mom uses it on some of her clients and it works. You have to purchase it from a hair dresser, but i know they will charge you retail for it.IfI am not sure of the prices but you could look up the product.google it.NIOXINI have thin hair and exprencing a lot of hair loss, how can I control?
There are products that do work like Rogaine, etc. But you have to come to terms with what is happening to you.
The loss of hair is usually due to high levels of testosterone. Most intelligent women know this. They know it is a sign of a high sexual drive. This drives certain women crazy. (Including myself.)
Do what you want about the hair loss. (I think bald men are really sexy-BTW!) But embrace what it happening to you. You are rare and special. You need to be happy with who you are. If you base yourself on your looks, (your priority might be hair) then you will spend your life disappointed and unhappy. If you pattern your life after people who go for all they have in life, then you will find happiness.
Live your true self. You may want to go bald. You never know who you might find who is soooooooooo attracted to that! She may give you more than baldness has taken away!
GET REALLY LOW HAIR CUTS
You should go to your doctor. Do you get enough vitamin B12? I know that stress can also cause thinning hair, so I think it is best to consult your doctor. otherwise there are vitamins that claim to help with that....
If you are otherwise healthy, your hair loss is probably hereditary.
I myself, have thinning hair on the top of my head, and I started using Rogaine about 7 months ago and it is worked very well for my male pattern baldness. IWhat was once thin has grown back very nicely. It will not work for anything but that, but check with your doctor. (I'm 50).
You still might want to get a medical checkup to ensure that there isn't anything else going on that might cause your hair loss.
go to ur doctor, i kno from personal experience that stress can cause hair loss..they shud b able to help u out
Drink 10-12 glasses of water daily and have a high protein diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables and dairy products. Since iron-deficiency anemia can also cause hair loss, make sure that you eat a well-balanced diet that includes a daily serving or two of iron-rich foods. Check out
