i am facing the same problem but nothing is working out.recently i read somewhere that applying coconut milk to hair thrice a week helps in fighting hair loss but i am yet to give it a try...you can try it out.

another reliable remedy i have been told is SESA Hair oil and shampoo
you should take eggs in breakfast for protein . If you are vegiterian then you can message your hairs with mustord oil daily for thick and strong hairs.
Mix 1 egg, 2 tablespoon of milk powder and 1 tablespoon of wheat germ oil. Massage on scalp and leave for 30 minutes. Wash with a mild shampoo at least once a week to arrest hair fall. Check out http://usefulinfo-hairloss.blogspot.com/ for more info.
1. Boil one cup mustard oil with four tablespoon heena (mehendi) leaves. Filter it and keep it in a bottle. Message it on the bald patches regularly. It is very effective natural remedy for baldness.

2. Grind fenugreek seeds with water and apply on the head. Leave for at least 40 minutes before washing. Continue it for a month.

3. Do a vigorous rubbing of the scalp with fingers after washing the hair with cold water. It is also a good natural hair loss treatment.

4. Rub the bald area with onions till it becomes red. Then apply honey on the bald area. It is very effective natural cure for baldness

5. Make a mixture of honey with egg yolk. Properly massage on the scalp and hairs. Leave for a 1/2 hour, then wash

6. Prepare a home made shampoo by adding 5 tbsp of curd, 1 tbsp of lemon juice and 2 tbsp of gram raw (chholia) powder. Apply it on the head for an hour and then wash

7. Apply fresh leaf juice of amaranth to the hair. It will help the growth of the hair and keep it soft.
1. Scalp massage. Massage your scalp with your fingertips, not with your nails, because your nails may carry bacteria that may cause inflammation to your scalp and hair. A daily dosage of this treatment will promote proper circulation and relieve you from excessive hair fall.

2. Choose your hair products properly. The use of hair creams, lotions, and other hair products may cause baldness when misused and if you do not consider the ingredients.

3. Avoid overexposure to the sun. Overexposure of hair and scalp to the wind and sun may also contribute in damaging your crowning glory.

well, biotin has worked pretty well for several of my family members. beware though, it made my dad, who already looked like a grizzly bear, even hairier. I don't know if it will do that with women, but take that into account.
Some good home remedies: http://www.iloveindia.com/home-remedies/
Hello bragaldo ,

Sure Vitamins E,C,B,A etc are good but some shampoos actually really work.

I have been using Provillus ( http://budurl.com/ProvillusTreatment ) for about 3 months now and I am definetly seeing results. + it's FDA approved.

As far as i remember they do have a money back guarantee.. so in case it doesn't help , you'll get your money back.

Also you could ask your doctor if you don't want to spend any money / or google for some info (most pages are promoting some product though)
I have found some good tips in following link, It may be good for you too

Very good Question! I'm glad you aren't looking to the big drug companies for answers. Chemicals and drugs are NOT the solution. Vitamins E,C,B,A among others are good. Minerals like zinc also nettle and bay are associated with healthy hair. Shampoos with a combination of Saw Palmetto and minerals like zinc can stop hair loss and in some cases regrow lost hair, and its ALL natural! If you want more help read below.
anyway as you know - hair loss can be caused by many different reasons! Find out the actual cause of hair loss! There are many causes of loss of hair such as stress, poor nutrition ,medications, thyroid dysfunctions, illness, fungal infections ,hormonal problems, to mention a few.

year ago my husband suffered from hair loss too and he started trying everything you can imagine to stop his hair loss. the things that really worked for him was:

1) Vitamin A - an anti-oxidant which promotes healthy production of sebum in the scalp;

2) Vitamin E stimulates circulation. Good blood circulation in the scalp is important in keeping hair follicles productive. The 'B' vitamins contribute to melanin, which gives hair its healthy color and also stimulates blood circulation;

3) massage is also beneficial. Massage stimulates circulation. As already noted, good circulation in the scalp keeps hair follicles active. Experts suggest a few minutes of daily head massage by hand. Circulation through massage may be improved by using a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base with massage;

4) Try rubbing your scalp with garlic juice, Onion Juice or Ginger Juice(you can either of one out of three, Do not mix any of two or three);

5) also he used herbal treatment - TrichoZed

It is a good product that helps prevent hair loss and it is an FDA approved product. I think it is very important!

It worked and still works for him!

I do not know if any pharmacies carry TrichoZed but I do know that you should purchase it directly from the manufacturer and read more about the product here http://www.trichozed.info

It enhances hair growth by blocking DHT (Dihydrotestostrone) - a major cause of hair loss!

good luck!

not only my and my husband`s own personal experience
