What can I do to alleviate hair loss and thinning due to taking medication for high blood pressure?

I am taking two types of blood pressure tablets which is causing my hair to fall out and it is thinning quite badly. I have been advised to take vitamins? Is this correct? Can anything else help?

Thanks

Vitamins will help by making your skin and hair stronger. I use Nutrilite Complex for Hair, Skin %26amp; Nails. Nutrilite is an organic company with farms all over the place and all neighboring farms are also organic. Amazing vitamins. Go to http://Arcameda.com and search for skin hair. Go to my profile to email me if you need further help. Hope all is well. What can I do to alleviate hair loss and thinning due to taking medication for high blood pressure?
