Does this look like an amount of hair loss/thinning to be worried about?

I've recently been thinking about going to get blood work done.. My hair has always been super thick, sometimes to the point of being hard to manage. But the past 2 months or more its become really noticeable that the new hair growing in is very thin, kind of transparent, and I can see my scalp. If I part it into sections it's a wider part than it used to be. I never used to be able to see that much of my scalp.. And I don't notice clumps of hair falling out or anything, it's just growing thinner, or maybe it comes out when I shower? I don't know. Pics below. I'm 20 and female by the way.

I don't see a problem but you know how it used to be better.

Don't dye your hair and take a multivitamin for a while and see if this changes anything. ( At least 2-3 months)

If you still see a problem, pay a visit to a dermatologist.

Keep in mind that iron deficiencies and thyroid problems ( lack of enough hormones - hypo thyroid ) cause thinning of hair too. Your dermatologist may help to lead you into their related tests.

pls read a related article I found for you.

It sounds perfectly normal to me. I'm 21 and I've noticed that my hair goes through phases; sometimes it's really thick, then i shed a ton and can kinda see my scalp (about like the pics, maybe a tad less), and then I get a bunch of short baby hairs that take a little while to grow out and look smooth again! I have found that Biotin and Spirolina supplements really help thicken it up ( biotin is pretty cheap and you can pick it up anywhere, spirolina is usually sold at health food stores and is more expensive, but helped better than anything I've ever tried and really sped up hair growth).

Also, the Spirolina bottle suggests taking like nine pills a day @_@ but that's way expensive and I only ever took one a day with wonderful results!
