There are a few things that cause hair loss in women.. hormone imbalance, thyroid problems, stress, or severe dietary changes. My doctor told me it takes 3 months for the hair to fall out after the problem occurs, so backdate 3 months and try to figure out what changed, then do go see your doctor, a lot of the problems are very fixable with some minor tweaks.. :)I am 26 years old and have thinning hair loss?
try Rogain and other hair loss treatments

although you may only be thinning these treatments can also help in preventing any increasing hair loss.
I've heard that having kids can make you have hair loss. I think it's hormones that cause the problem.

I've always had really thin hair. That's why I keep it short.
Try Rogaine. Or also take vitamins with Biotin. That's supposed to be really good for the hair and hair growth. Another idea would be to massage the scalp with coconut oil to stimulate hair growth. Hope this helps.
see the doctor as it could be a medical problem, and a hair specialist to check if treatment is available for your condition and in the mean time get a good hair dresser to style it so your hair looks great
aww u poor thing!

i think u can get treatments to make ure hair thicker, but a cheap option would be vitamins!
