Two things to think about...Are you currently pregnant, breastfeeding or recently had a baby? Thinning of the hair can sometimes be normal and temporary in those situations. You could also be having changes in your hormone and endocrine levels(like thyroid) and really should see a medical doctor. Also, are you getting a good diet with plenty of protein and unsaturated fat and taking a daily vitamin? Are you drinking enough water and exercising?
There is also a red tea I drink called ';Get gorgeous: herb tea for clear skin'; by The Republic of Tea.
Hello,
Perhaps you should consider getting checked for a Thyroid condition. (hyperactive, perhaps)
Also, maybe you should try to detox... I STRONGLY suggest Dr.natura COLONIX-- This stuff is amazing by the way!- just read through the countless testimonials (there is a list on the left side that shows testimonial categories) If you decide to try it, be sure to drink A LOT of water throughout the day while you do it- that will render the best results...
Personally for me, my hair grew A LOT and got thick and shiny, and my skin was almost glowing. I felt like I was brand new.

And one more thing I love- Emerald Greens Superfood... You can buy it several places online (google for the best prices)- here's the product:

Also, get a SATIN PILLOWCASE - (Sally beauty supply sells them)- this will help out more than you know!
I wish the best for you!
:)
It sounds like a hormonal problem if you're having skin problems as well. I've heard that Provillus for women is very good for hair thinning though. There's a mention of it on this website: http://www.reversinghairloss.net
