Are there any Products out there to combat hair loss?

A friend of mine is only 23 and his hair is literally, falling out slowly. When he wakes up in the morning, its all over her pillow - that sort of falling out. Its really sad as he's perfectly healthy - its just his family genes. Is there anything to help him? Organic/natural products; lab products; cosmetic products - anything would be helpful.

Sometimes it's simply genetics. Tell him to shave it off. Lots of girls think that's a very hot look.
