Visit a doctor. It's probably a hormonal imbalance or something that can be fixed with Rogane or the likes.
Go quickly to the doctor and get a blood test done,don't sit around and suffer. What are your parents doing about this!
Sounds like Alopecia....go to a doctor to be sure.
