There are several forms of hair loss. If it is male pattern baldness (Androgenetic alopecia) then the hair loss cannot be fully cured in most cases, but just frozen for some time with the treatments availiable on market today.

1) Hair transplant (FUE technology) creates really natural hairline, no scars, the best way to go if you have enough donor hair and money of course.

2. Propecia (Finasteride) and Minoxidil are the only ones approved by FDA and proven to work in most men so far.

Generic Propecia (finasteride) is also ok. I use it with same results, and unfortunately same side efefcts(a bit dry feeling in the scalp) as brand propecia. Have tried lots of herbal crap before it and laser combs, so far the only thing that prevents my hairloss, not much regrowth, but has stopped my hairloss completely.

I buy from this pharmacy for the last 2 years - http://www.1rx.biz/generic_propecia.html . It is under $1 per pill for 1mg propecia.

But before you consider to start propecia you must really study about the side effects. It can mess your hormones real bad if you are not lucky, so you must choose, hair or these side effects. Quite a big perecent have these side effects, more than Merck - the company that holds

Propecia trademark is saying. see the link for side effects stories www.propeciahelp.comIs there any cures for frontal hair loss or anything that will slow down the process of thinning hair?
Rogaine...no prescription needed
Sounds like diet is creating your problem. A low fat, high carb diet will promote this type of thinning and hair loss. You need to get high quality protein and good fatty acids into your diet. This problem is so typical of the American Diet.

Additionally, the stem cells that generate growth of your hair follicles will die prematurely if not being nourished while being beat up by free radicals. If you improve your diet, your hair will respond.

The low fat diets that Americans promote is creating many problems that are not being addressed properly. The solution being given is to take legal drugs, but I've never found a single person in all my life that was deficient in drugs.

Most people think I'm 15 to 20 years younger than I am because I have a full head of hair and it's not turning gray very fast. In fact, it is losing some gray now.

My diet consists of a ratio of: 40% carbs, 30% protein and 30% fats. I eat lots of butter made from raw cream, raw milk, lots of fermented foods including fermented vegetables and dairy, lots of meat from grass fed cows. Go to the web site: www.westonaprice.org check out the information there and begin a journey of health instead of being a statistic like other Americans dying of degenerative diseases and greatly shortened life expectancies.

good luck to you
Folic acid tablets one a day should work , and rub the white of an egg before the head bath.
There are many causes of hair loss. This means that there is not one specific thing that can work for the balding in front of your head.

That does not mean that you are doomed, just that you're going to have to do a little more troubleshooting to find a cause of the problem.

Rogaine works not specifically on the back-your head, but works on any hair follicle that is being damaged by excessive dihydrotestosterone (androgenetic alopecia). It does this by limiting an enzyme called 5-alpha reductase, which converts testosterone to dihydrotestosterone. There are many natural alternatives to Rogaine that work on the same pathway, such as GLA, a combination of vitamin B-6 and zinc, and viviscal.

While that is one of the more common causes of hair loss, there are other things you need to rule out such as a problem with thyroid hormones.

In addition to solving problems, there are also things you can do to reduce over oily hair, improve dry skin, supply adequate nutrients, amino acids, and vitamins that are the building blocks for the hair follicle itself, etc.

I have more information on this topic in articles that have wrote at the links below.
Receding and thinning hair is very common in men. It's genetic and comes from your Mom's side of the family. Be happy with what you have and who you are. We (women) really don't care about your hair.
You could try to call one of the mens hair loss places like ashley %26amp; martin or advanced hair studio (the one that shane warne advertises).

Hair transplants can help with the front where they actually graft hairs that they pull out of the back into the front. But i dont know if you want to go that far and there might be a product similar to rogaine that works on the front.
unless transplant surgery there is no way to prevent it!!!its nature!!
You will either have to shave your head, or buy the Men Solution products which stop hair loss, and keep the hair thick and nourished.
U can call Bosely Hair Institute or use Rogaine.
