So is thinning hair or mild hair loss strictly genetic??

What are some preventive steps? I herd a new study that smoking causes hair loss thank god I dont smoke lolSo is thinning hair or mild hair loss strictly genetic??
yes but it is mostly genetic or causes can be from a medication that you are taking but all in all you should start a treatment but the name of the game is you can never stop if you start a hair loss treatment so be careful and caucious Nioxin has a great new system ....good luckSo is thinning hair or mild hair loss strictly genetic??
Get on propecia and do rogaine. You could also try taking saw palmetto. Get some nizoral shampoo.
It's not always genetic. My best friend has very thin hair, and it was caused by her having anorexia as a teenager.

Stress can cause you to lose hair, and you won't really notice it until 6 weeks later. Smoking does it, some medications will do it too.

Look at your family. ';Baldness'; is passed from the mother. Do any of the women in your family have thin or thinning hair? If not, then you need to look at other reasons.
I found some good info here.
