Principal causes of problems are harmful shampoos and equally harmful medicated shampoos and medications which we then use to correct problem! We are seeing a hair loss epidemic in both males and females and its occuring at ever younger ages - as young as 14 and 15. We compound the problem by over washing hair . Do a Google search ';daily hair washing harmful?'; See many sites listing harm. Also compounding problem is use of countless other hazardous chemical filled products.

A NATURAL, safe, permanent, low cost cure for this and most hair problems. Best to use tea tree oil shampoo - or a mild selenium based one with few drops of tea tree oil added . Scalp needs stimulation to clear blocked hair ducts, remove dead follicles so it can start producing strong, well anchored thicker hair. Massage with natural oils, olive oil is excellent and brush vigorously so you feel it stimulating scalp (25 or 35 strokes) A little shedding and some breakage occurs but only to begin with quickly stops as hair gets anchored and stronger. It will force new growth overtime (expect to see in about 2 months) Do at night and sleep with it that way. Keep up treatment and DON麓T BE AFRAID OF LOSING NEW GROWING HAIRS - THEY Will RE-APPEAR EVEN STRONGER. My hair completely recovered - absolutely no more loss and definite new growth. Maintain a regular brushing and oiling routine and wash infrequently - find alternatives to washing with a web search. TRY to eat healthily, with large proportion of raw foods and oils (Olive and similar), drink fresh fruit juices, avoid denatured, heavily processed and chemically treated foods, all sodas. Nuts are very good for you. Restaurant food is not good for health (read up on what they do to food). Avoid harmful, chemically doctored food as much as possible. Also do web search ';Shampoos harmful?'; many contain sodium laurel sulphate, sodium laureth sulphate and propylene glycol, all of which are harmful. First two are dangerous and both damage hair follicles and cause hair loss. They also harm eyes. The eye stinging you get is telling you that. Fetuses subjected to these substances do not develop functioning eyes, and both can cause cataracts in adults. Propylene glycol - antifreeze - is a known skin irritant and is thought to cause mouth ulcers. It also damages the kidneys and liver. Do a web search for safe products for hair and skin.

wash your hair with mane and tail shampoo and conditioner. go to ur pharmacy and ask them to order u a bottle of AG PRO. its great for helping regrow hair.
i had the same problem and i tried few things that virtually stopped hair fall.I took zinc regularly(in the form of surbex -Z)and started regularly every time before shampooing. The oils that i used was a mixture of Olive oil, Almond oil, caster oil and egg oil. shampooing frequency is same but i changed my shampoo.I am using dove shampoo now.take iron as well.hair wax is usually harmful.

Massage of scalp with oil, every time you apply oil.is help full .and u can apply hot wet towel to your hair for 30 minutes once a week.if there is any stress factor ,get rid of it.Good luck
Drink 10-12 glasses of water daily and have a high protein diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables and dairy products. Since iron-deficiency anemia can also cause hair loss, make sure that you eat a well-balanced diet that includes a daily serving or two of iron-rich foods. Check out
