I'm having hair loss and other problems?

I cut my hair over a year ago and it has grown but for the last probably 4mths or so my hair has not grown. The thing was when i cut my hair a yr ago the woman razored the bottom of my hair. and she used scissors to cut the top of my hair. My hair was very thick before so now my hair is not growing as fast as it used to, i dont have as much hair...the top of my hair is growing out sort of thick but the bottom of my hair is growing out thin...I'm losing my hair in the front little by little and I have no idea what to do...I have gone to the dermo and nothing....I'm really scared because i am too too young to lose my hair. PLEASE DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHAT I CAN DO OR WHERE TO GO FOR HELP!!!
