An eating disorder. Anorexia Nervosa and/or Bulimia.

If that's you, and you know if it is, PLEASE TELL YOUR PARENTS OR AN ADULT NOW. If I see one more girl DIE of an ED I don't know what I'll do.

Have you lost your period too? Are you wearing baggy clothes? You need help NOW. These hospitals work miracles. Please, I know what I'm talking about. I deal with it every day. Get the help you need or you WILL die. Sincerely, LynnNeed to know what could cause these problems- (hair loss, headaches, anxiety.. etc.)?
If the spots are in the size of a quarter and has a smooth surface. Check out the images in the website below, if its similar then it must be Alopecia Areata.

My bro managed to find a website called http://www.ALOPECIA-AREATA-CURE.com when he had the same problem that explains about the condition and suggests treatment. He gave it a try and to all our surprise he recovered.

Its quite informative. You might want to give it a try. Wish you a quick recovery.
Polycystic ovarian disease.
Your thyroid could be causing your symptoms, or PCOS, or both. Get some bloodwork done. If your TSH level is over 3 you have hypothyroidism.
Have your thyroid checked. It messes with all of your hormones and causes a lot of the symptoms you listed.
STRESS!!!!!

Been on minoxidil ( R0gaine庐 ) for about a year and a half and have not seen even the smallest amount of regrowth that i almost fell into depression.

My hair only started visibly growing on the bald spot after skeptically trying out the various natural techniques to re-grow lost hair @ http://www.regrowmyhair.info

I would highly recommend this easy to follow step-by-step guide with pictures to anyone who is suffering from hair loss right now. But remember this isn't a miracle cure for baldness as you will also need to put in some effort in order to see results. And its only a minimum commitment of 15 minutes a day to help re-grow your lost hair.

Anyway, its also a cheaper and effective way of re-growing lost hair compared to those unnatural ways which may involve harsh chemicals that may have side effects.
