Hair loss- Inviting give suggestion, already taking homeopathy treatment seems no improvementI am 22 years old,I have serious hair loss problem due to over stress %26amp; studies.I am taking homeo' treat' sug?
I am 29 years old with a similar problem. I have been diagnosed with a panic / anxiety disorder and found that a combination of traditional and modern medicines work for me. Starting out with the traditional, being Buddhist, I meditate and do proper breathing techniques to calm my mind. Secondly, I have reduced or eliminated my stimulant-intake (coffee, tea, soda, energy pills, energy drinks, cigarettes), and I try as best as I can to regiment my sleep schedule (Valerian Root or Melatonin are good herbal remedies that help). Thirdly, I take an herbal remedy for anxiety and I am noticeably calmer and more relaxed. Look up ';Saint John's Wort.'; It really works for me.

As far as the modern medicine aspect goes, I still see a doctor that prescribes me medication but because I have been working hard to reduce the stresses in my life my dosages are much lower than they use to be.

I hope this helps you. Peace.I am 22 years old,I have serious hair loss problem due to over stress %26amp; studies.I am taking homeo' treat' sug?
* To stop any more hair loss, stay away from doing such things as dyeing, perming, and straightening your hair.

* If losing your hair is very upsetting for you and causing anxiety, you may want to talk to you doctor about whether you can try something like Rogaine, which is a medicine that helps your hair to regrow.

* Since stress can make hair loss worse, try to reduce stress and anxiety in your life.
I'm 40 and have had a receeding hairline for some time now. My suggestion is to let nature take its course. Many women find bald or balding men attractive and say that it makes them look more mature and intelligent.

I wouldn't sweat it.
Try yoga...just for the stress
