Hair loss - baldness?

I have been recently suffering from baldness and my hair on the forehead and back are on verge on becoming bald. Can anybody suggest me some remedies or clinic where i can get myself check up and if possible can you plz provide the costs for the same

I guess it might be male pattern baldness i m suffering from but not quite sure about it ??

that must suck.. if you wear alot of hats that might be the cause of it.. also salty foods and a lack of multi vitamins also may be the cause. Change your diet like start eating more healthy foods and dont wear alot of hats.
