I know a friend that is 36 years old. She had a hair loss problem since 7 or 8 years. Like alot of her hair falls of but new hair doesn't grow fast enough. You could see her scalp. She has very little hair. She has good health and she uses herbal shampoo. And she takes really good care of her hair. So where would she go to get help? Or do you recommend any shampoos or anything else?
Thanks LotsHair loss problems.........?

or maybe cut her hair(it will grow back)Hair loss problems.........?
The following causes should be investigated if you are experiencing more-than-normal hair loss:
1. Diet: are you having balanced diet?Diet without enough protein, can cause temporary hair loss.
2.Menopause: Because of the change in hormones during this period, hair loss can escalate, and, unfortunately, this can be permanent.
3.Frequent Shampooing: : Shampoos contain a lathering ingredient called surfactant. This can be irritating to the scalp and cause itching and scratching, thus increased hair loss.
4.Improper Care: If you manipulate your hair too much, color and treat too much, blow dry and heat with curling irons and hot rollers too much, you will see increased hair loss. You need only to look at your bathroom floor, sink and counter tops to notice this. Slow down!
5.Psychological/Physiological Stress: Increased hair loss can occur with pregnancies, major surgery, or a major life event, such as a death or divorce. These causes are temporary and hair growth will return to normal eventually
. There area lot of research going on which may soon resolve most of the causes of hair loss in women. However, there is a great product that has been proven effective. It is called Provillus. Provillus is an oral supplement, which works to block DHT, a form of testosterone that is responsible for 95 percent of hair loss.
You may introduce your friend to this product where you can have 2 month free supply.
If your friend happens to be yourself tell her not to worry. Tell her that this is coming from someone who once had thinning hair to the point of ugly bald patches.
The number one secret is to watch what she eats. Many people don't realize that it is VERY IMPORTANT to nourish blood with the right stuff.
When blood is nourished with blood friendly and iron rich foods the iron is used by the cells to transport oxygen to every part of the body. Your hair follicles will then be nourished and produce abundant hair. If you don't get enough iron in your food or body, the little iron that you may be having in your body will only be used to transport oxygen to the most important organs in your body like the heart. This leaves the less important organs like hair follicles deprived, undernourished or dead. The body does that because it reasons by itself and decides that its better for you to continue living without hair than to let your heart stop working.
Eat iron rich foods like beef liver, beets, eggs, beef, chicken, turkey, etc. Plant foods such as soybeans, lentils, kidney beans, spinach and leafy green vegetables contain iron, but it may not be absorbed as well as the iron found in meat. Iron from these foods is better absorbed when it is eaten with foods rich in vitamin C. When your follicles don't receive any oxygen or enough blood they stay dormant and cannot produce anything until they start receiving nourishment from the right foods.
she should go to a dermatologist. it sounds like she may have alopecia. there are different types also, so she can google some info about it.
