I dont think you should hesitate before taking him to the vet. Get in the car and go right now, you dont know how worse it could get without your control. At this point, giving it meds would be tedious and not worth the wait.Cat skin problem..red bumbs, hair loss on back and .?
My cat had this too, and come to find out it was ringworm. Be careful touching it, because you can spread it to yourself. I bought some ringworm cream for myself and put it on the cat, and it took it right away. I'd take it to the vet to be properly diagnosed though, you don't want to hurt your cat.
